 Apartment. First Occupant: 80 000

Self Contained Single room: 60 000

Single room with shared Bathroom:    50 000

Every additional Adult:       20 000

Child under 12 sharing:     10 000

Long term car park per day 5 000

(parking subject to permission)

 All bills must be settled at the office during office hours between Monday and Friday. Payments in CASH TANZANIA SHILLINGS ONLY

Bills for Apartments and all stays in excess of two weeks must be settled in advance.

Laundry Bills to be settled at the office
